Saturday: – No exercise whatsoever, other than a brief bike ride and a game of catch at the park. I did the taxes that day, OK? And I managed to strain my shoulder a bit playing catch.
Sunday: – 30 minutes yoga. Some biking.
Monday: – 30 minutes yoga. LOOOOOTTTS of biking.
Today: Couldn’t sleep last night and my shoulder’s still a bit sore. So just 25 minutes yoga.
Tomorrow: Will jump. I promise.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOO and I weigh….132 pounds. Finally I have broken through whatever barrier I had hit. Time for new pants, and possibly new headshots.
