I must have hit “Save draft” instead of “Publish”, since I wrote this on Monday. Let me update it to today and hit the right button.
Thursday:
- No skipping, 45 minutes yoga
Friday:
- 14m30s skipping
- 30 minutes yoga
Saturday:
My mother-in-law visits; no time for much exercises, but
- 25 minutes yoga
Sunday:
- long dog walk
- 20 minutes yoga
Today:
- there will be much biking in the evening
- 25 minutes yoga (so far – I may do more after I finish work)
And today’s weigh-in -
138 pounds!
I didn’t think I’d have lost any weight this week, since I kind of ate too much this weekend and didn’t jump for a few days, but whatever ramp I’m on seems to be still sloping up. Good!
And since then:
Tuesday – 45 minutes yoga (teh legs!)
Feeling kind of off.
Wednesday – feeling HORRIBLE – I am now sick, so not only do I not exercise, I have to cancel all my lessons.
Today – Will not exercise or work either, but am feeling marginally better. I may take some Nyquil, because taking Nyquil during the day rocks, and makes me forget that I’ve just lost $400 or so by not being able to work for two days.
